Millennium Iconoclast Museum of Art
Still on the site of the former Belle-Vue breweries, this will be the last building to be resurrected and will conclude this program that already includes the hotel and the high-rise apartments.
To complement the hotel and residential program, we will add urban culture, in the form of the Millennium Iconoclast Museum of Art, MIMA, dedicated to street art and other urban culture 2.0 art forms.
This building, with its enormous façade symbolising industrial history, is coming back to life and marks the end of the site’s rehabilitation after 6 years of vision, passion and work.
