Nelson Midi - Hotel
Construction of a nearly "zero-energy" hotel and a parking
Train stations are meeting places and transit points but often their surroundings suffer from a lack of community life.
A few steps from the biggest train station in Belgium, at the intersection of the Thalys, Eurostar and other fast trains, we will put up a 150-room hotel providing a new and vibrant offering, tailored to new travellers.
In a sustainable and long-term vision of our investment, we will build an almost “zero-energy” building, a first for a hotel in Belgium!
The hotel operator, the building design and its impact on the neighbourhood help confirm the desire for a "positive long-term impact" that the Nelson Group is pushing for in its development projects.
A public car park with 150 parking spaces tops off the program.
This construction is underway and should be completed by 2019.
